We can ship to the world & Worldwide free shipping for orders over $69.99.
Available shipping methods, shipping charges, and delivery times vary depending on the destination, package weight, product type, and local carrier availability. Please enter your complete shipping address at checkout to view the options available for your order.

Free Shipping

Free standard shipping is available on eligible orders over US$69.99.

Free shipping availability depends on the destination and the products included in the order. Certain remote destinations, promotional products, free-gift offers, and specially priced products may have separate shipping charges and may not qualify for the standard free-shipping offer.

The shipping options and charges displayed at checkout are the final options applicable to your order.

Order Processing Time

Orders are generally processed within 2–5 business days.

Processing time is separate from shipping time. During holidays, promotional periods, or periods of unusually high order volume, additional processing time may be required.

Shipping Methods and Estimated Delivery Times

Premium Shipping

Estimated delivery time: 7–20 business days for most destinations.

Premium Shipping charges are calculated according to the destination and total package weight. For many regular shipping destinations, rates generally start from US$6.

Express Shipping

Estimated delivery time: 6–8 business days after dispatch.

Express delivery is generally provided by DHL or FedEx and is available only for eligible destinations and package weights. Express Shipping is not available in every country or region. The exact express shipping charge will be calculated at checkout.

Remote-Destination Shipping

Estimated delivery time: 15–30 business days.

Some remote destinations are served by specialized shipping routes. Shipping charges for these destinations are calculated according to the destination and package weight. Weight restrictions may apply to certain routes.

Orders shipped to Bangladesh, Israel, and Romania generally have an estimated shipping time of 10–20 business days.

Express Shipping Availability

DHL or FedEx Express may be available for:

Hong Kong;
most European destinations;
Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, the Philippines, Taiwan, Macao, and Laos;
selected additional destinations shown at checkout.

Express Shipping is not currently available for certain countries and regions. These include, but are not limited to, the United States, Mexico, Brazil, India, Indonesia, South Africa, the United Arab Emirates, Colombia, Kazakhstan, Lebanon, Myanmar, Serbia, Uzbekistan, and a number of remote destinations.

Promotional and Special Products

Free gifts, “just cover shipping” offers, specially priced products, and certain promotional products may use separate shipping rates.

These products may not qualify for the standard free-shipping offer, even when the total order value exceeds US$69.99. Any applicable shipping or processing charge will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment.

Important Delivery Information

Delivery estimates are provided for reference and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur because of customs inspections, public holidays, extreme weather, carrier disruptions, remote-area delivery, or other circumstances outside our control.

International orders may also be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs charges imposed by the destination country or region. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, these charges are the customer’s responsibility.
